GTA V Multiplayer: 5 Things We Want To See

1. Customisation

Countless fans long for San Andreas, and a time where they could customise their cars, Need for Speed style. With this new instalment sharing the San Andreas setting and outlandishness, we could well see car customisation returning. Hopefully multiplayer won€™t miss out on this experience. I think the ability to stylise your own unique car would keep players interested in the game for longer. Perhaps link the car-modifying options to ranking up with the car only spawning when the player does? There is a possibility to have this as a uniform feature for crews, giving them the similar presence that gangs had in GTA IV€™s single-player. As well as the lack of options for cars (simply gang or standard versions), the last GTA saw few options for players€™ online character. The higher unlocks consisted of motorcycle helmets and combat trousers; it was hardly inspiring considering the time taken to unlock such items. Rockstar should give us more options this spring. Why not have two personas for us to use; a law enforcer and the standard law breaker? Giving us more clothing items such as rucksacks, suits, and jewellery or maybe even a dog as seen in the second trailer? Law enforcers could rank up through the LSPD, NOOSE and FIB clothing options with law breakers receiving suave clothes, gang colours and jewellery as they heighten XP. Weapon customisation has been hinted at with the exposure of silenced weapons in trailer 1 and artwork. Players could benefit from a Call of Duty-style class loadout for multiplayer, of course being linked to the ranking system and customisables, perhaps being limited to 2 guns at spawn, leading to players collecting more as they explore in classic Grand Theft Auto fashion. Whatever Rockstar is about to unleash onto gamers, it is sure to set a benchmark and possibly claim more British summer time than the rain! Have your say, anything missed?
