League Of Legends North American LCS Summer Split Analysis: Week 6

T-6. Team Coast (7-10)

team coast Team Coast fell down hard this week to the bottom of the leader boards. Although they are only one game behind the rest of the pack, this was not a good time for them to go 0-2 for the week. I have preached the word consistency at them like a parrot, but they probably do not read my analysis anyway. Their first loss of the week came to Team Curse, after their attempts at Gragas jungle failed. Their team would get an A for innovation if the word "innovation" started with an A. Their second loss came to TSM Snapdragon, who they have never beat in a regular season game. Team Coast needs to learn how to play more consistently, as I have stated for weeks now. Top lane player ZionSpartan had a worse than average week, going 0/5/2 on Renekton against Team Curse and 2/2/4 on Shen against TSM Snapdragon. Mid lane player Shiphtur had one of his best weeks, going 4/0/2 on Lux against Team Curse and 6/2/3 on Ahri against TSM Snapdragon. If he was play 1 versus 1, he would have won every game this week hands down. He was the only consistent member of Coast this week. Jungler NintendudeX tried the failed experiment of jungle Gragas against Team Curse (1/2/5), while his typical Jarvan IV jungle against TSM Snapdragon was below average (2/5/4). AD carry DontMashMe and support Daydreamin both played below average in the bot lane. DontMashMe ended his week 2/5/9 in two games with Corki and Twitch. However, Daydreamin does draw a ban to his Blitzcrank, which keeps champions for other teammates open.
