A Vanguard with only selfish abilities sounds apt for a Mutant like Juggernaut.

He is a behemoth that cannot be stopped, much like Mauga from Overwatch. Mauga possesses an ability called Overrun which allows him to charge forward to stomp and launch enemies in his path. That sounds right up Juggernaut's alley and through the building itself. I know Reinhardt's charge is right there, but a villain like Juggernaut would like to do as much damage as possible as he charges.

In Juggernaut's case however, building it up to a meter similar to Dr. Strange's Maelstrom of Madness as Juggernaut needs to build momentum sounds like a much more fun mechanic in the game instead of just charging all the time and it would feel much more earned. And especially fun tearing down the environment as you go.
