Full disclosure, I had no idea who Elsa Bloodstone was before stumbling upon her in the Dark Dimension, but it's a testament to just how enjoyable she is in Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3 that she replaced characters who had otherwise occupied a regular role in my superhero party.

Perhaps the best gunslinger in the whole game, Bloodstone's blunderbuss attacks feel powerful and devastating, perfect for sharpshooting enemies off ledges from far away. Even better, she doesn't suffer too much in close-quarters combat, meaning she's still viable in the later game when the screen is packed with enemies.

Throw in a sleek design, and she becomes one of the most unique characters on the roster.
