5. Male & Female Ryder Are Brother And Sister, 2015's Hero Is Their Father

First, we saw a gender-less person in the debut trailer and N7 teaser (which also showed the dogtags for someone called 'Ryder'), before a female was shown waking up. It's now been revealed thanks to Bioware's Mac Walters, that the male and female characters are brother and sister, and that whenever you're playing as one of them, the other "will be off somewhere in the galaxy."

Not only that, but the male character we saw in the N7 teaser last year, is their father.

Lastly, it's said that the younger Ryders have families (most likely brought along to kickstart the human race in a new solar system), but we're yet to see any more at this time.
