7. This Is The Starting Andromeda Team

In the latest Andromeda Initiative video, Bioware officially unveiled numerous new characters that had previously been unseen like Liam (shown left of Male Ryder), Cora (right of Female Ryder) and Papa Ryder (all the way to the left).

Liam was described as "specializing in crisis response" and an "idealist," so chances are high that he'll have plenty of personal opinions to share throughout the journey. Lt. Cora is a biotic, the team's operations specialist, in charge of ground missions, and has fought alongside Asari commandos in the past.

Papa (real name is Alec) Ryder is basically a jack of all trades: N7-worthy soldier, a scientist, and one of the main reasons why the Andromeda mission is even possible in the first place.

Now, these are certainly not the only companions/characters we're going to bond with, as Peebee (Asari), Drack (Krogan), and the female Turian have yet to be formally introduced in this format, but this is certainly a promising-looking team that Ryder will be fighting with across unfamiliar territory.
