8. Grey Fox Is Ishmael
A great way to help bring the series back full circle would be to introduce us to Frank Jaeger aka Gray Fox prior to the events he is best known for - i.e. fighting Solid Snake in a minefield and then becoming an awesome Cyborg Ninja - and giving added context to everything that follows. Going by the limited footage we've seen so far, it's entirely possible that Gray Fox is one of the characters, specifically one of Big Boss' buddies in the hospital, and given how little we've seen of Jaeger/Fox throughout the MGS games despite how important he is, it would be a great way to give more meaning to Snake and Fox's relationship. It's widely expected that Jaeger might be the fully-bandaged man called Ishmael in the trailer, given that Jaeger was captured in the Mozambique Civil War in the late 1970s, with his nose and ears being cut off, before he ends up being rescued by Big Boss. Thus the character and his status would totally makes sense, plus his being voiced by Kiefer Sutherland means that he's certainly going to be a big deal.
