Mortal Kombat 11: 10 Guest Characters We NEED To See

2. A Platform Mascot (Bayonetta/Kratos/Master Chief)

OK, so this one is something of a cheat. Technically we're tossing three separate characters together into one listing, but that's because we're talking console exclusive characters.

On the PlayStation side of things, the obvious inclusion is the God of War himself, Kratos. True Kombat fans will know that Kratos already featured in Mortal Kombat 9, but he's certainly worth revisiting. Kratos has seen a resurgence in popularity as of late, and would bring a far different dynamic to the stage than he did last time around. Just imaging unleashing that Spartan Rage along with the Leviathan Axe. [Insert Homer drooling GIF]

On the Nintendo Switch, the obvious choice is Bayonetta/Cereza. While she isn't a synonymous Nintendo character, we're certain Nintendo would never allow Mario or Link to feature in a game like Mortal Kombat. Therefore, with Bayonetta having become a pseudo-exclusive for Nintendo, she would be an awesome candidate to represent Nintendo in MK. Much like Dante from DMC, Cereza would wield dual-pistols and a demon-infused katana for some hack-and-slash action.

And finally, Master Chief from Halo is the choice pick for an Xbox-exclusive character. While Marcus Fenix from Gears of War may be more fitting, Master Chief is the icon that should be front and centre. At over 7 feet tall, Chief would be one of the most imposing characters on the roster, and he could use his impressive arsenal of weapons to annihilate his enemies and save the realms.
