Mortal Kombat 11: 7 Guest Characters NetherRealm Must Include
1. Spawn
No Mortal Kombat guest wishlist would be complete without Todd McFarlane's Spawn.
Here's the thing though, this deal is more likely than ever because we're finally getting a Spawn movie with Jamie Foxx, and thus McFarlane will want as much exposure as possible. Where better, than Mortal Kombat 11?
Spawn has cropped-up in requests for Mortal Kombat, and even Injustice, for many years, due to his brutality and antihero status. Truth be told, Spawn is as tragic a character as they come; a Military vet, killed by his friend, sells his soul to see his wife, returns to Earth as a hellish creature and finds his wife with his best friend. As one naturally would, Spawn becomes an uber-violent vigilante and battles everything from cyborgs to angels.
It's quite the ride.
As you can see, it's almost as if Spawn was created by NeatherRealm itself. He's such an obvious and perfect fit for the series that it's almost a running joke that it hasn't happened yet. Regardless, we're holding onto a faint flicker of hope that we'll get to impale enemies with chains and suffocate them with our beautiful cape.
