KIDD THUNDER!
Raiden's miniature version of himself perplexed so many of us back in the days of MK3, and his return here is a welcome one.
They both do a dance in the style of Light Balance, a finalist in America's Got Talent 2017.
The neon theme works well with Raiden's electricity powers, but let's be serious, the only reason this one is even slightly memorable is the return of Kidd Thunder.
