7. Orlando Magic
The Magic have a really interesting roster and some valuable trade assets. Ibaka is a solid defender, making up for Nikola Vucevic's defensive shortcomings. When both are resting, Biyombo steps in at center and changes the whole gameplan, allowing the smaller players to take control of the ball.
D.J. Augustin is one of the best three point shooters in the game, Evan Fournier isn't bad as well, and there are also Elfrid Payton, and Mario Hezonja. The only problem is therefore the small forward position.
Aaron Gordon is OK, so is Jeff Green, but both are rather natural power forwards - at least when taking into consideration the current trend of "going small" - so this is where the first decision needs to be made. Other than that, the team is promising and the cap leaves a lot of room to improve things.
