For Whom: Mason Plumlee C (79), Jake Layman SF (69)
The Warriors are a franchise that doesn't need saving, that much is obvious, but it could use an improvement at the center position. It's hard to lose Ian Clark, who's a solid and young shooter, but to strengthen the middle, this trade is a must. The Warriors starting center Zaza Pachulia is 32 years old, while Plumlee is 26 and simply better than the Georgian.
This trade may not seem a necessity, but if you're looking to make a good thing great, the center position is the one that really needs improvement here.
