With Chris Bosh not being cleared to play anytime soon, the best thing that the real-life Heat and the player could do is just part ways. While his health problems are a tragedy and deserve utmost compassion, remember that 2K17 is a video game and being noble doesn't get you anywhere here.
With his large deal - $75M for 3 years - he's the main obstacle in your way to sign a superstar. Gallinari is a one year investment, with a player option for the following season. His $16M a year doesn't hurt that much and the high (the Nuggets aren't very good yet) pick can turn into a solid player as well.
