Overwatch 2: 10 Big Reveals From Blizzcon 2019
6. New And Updated Hero Looks
With sleeker, fresher new looks, many of the Overwatch heroes have previewed in new default outfits and designs, in order to reflect the change in timeline for many of them, who have previously been presented in their golden age or post-fall of Overwatch outfits.
Designs revealed so far include some of the team featured in the cinematic - Tracer, with a more streamlined, sleeker new outfit; Mei, with a similar, slightly altered design to her original look; Reinhardt, with new hair and minimal changes to his armour; Mercy with her own new haircut; and Genji - just wearing clothes now, finally; plus Lucio's more battle-ready look as featured in the gameplay trailer.
Bastion (in a hat!) and Torbjorn were teased in an image, but not included in any recent video or gameplay.
Characters like Winston and Brigitte do not seem to have any updated designs (or perhaps with updates too subtle to be visible yet), though according to Jeff Kaplan, all heroes will be getting updates to match the change.
