Overwatch: Ranking All 25 Characters From Worst To Best

17. Pharah

Providing rocket-powered support from the skies, Pharah is one of the most appealing choices on Overwatch's roster for new players. Boasting a pretty reliable rocket launcher as a primary weapon and a flashy ultimate that always makes players bite off more than they can chew, the hero has a hugely powerful arsenal at her disposal.

Unfortunately, in the wrong hands, Pharah can be totally useless. Relatively weak when facing off against someone with a little bit of mobility, if a player opts to use the hero too offensively and blindly charge into every encounter then they won't get the most out of her abilities.

Instead, Pharah is most effective when she hangs back a little bit, bombarding the enemy team with rockets from a good vantage point.

Her concussion blast is pretty versatile too, and she gets bumped a bit higher on the list just for those priceless moments where you can send three enemies off the side of a map with a well-timed press of a button.
