PS5: 10 Games That Show What It Can Do
2. Spider-Man: Miles Morales
Marvel’s Spider-Man put us in the shoes of an older and more experienced Peter Parker who had saved the streets of New York multiple times and had been the famous web-slinger for over 10 years. But at the end of the game, players were treated to an after credits scene that would give them a little taste of what was to come in the future.
Similar to how Uncharted: The Lost Legacy was a spinoff game from the original Uncharted series, Spider-Man: Miles Morales puts you in control of Miles who must defend New York from a new threat while Peter is off on vacation. The story is sadly shorter than expected, but the game still features the same awesome gameplay from the original game while also introducing the unique abilities Miles has.
But when it comes to graphics, Miles Morales stands above the original game thanks to the power of the PS5. The game’s fidelity mode shows off the power of ray tracing with realistic reflections and lighting while performance mode puts the game to 60fps and enhances the combat and web-swinging.
Faster loading times also means that it takes seconds to load into the game and start playing.
