40. Fortune (MGS 2)

Fortune is probably one of MGS' most underrated characters, though she sadly doesn't get a substantial boss fight to prove her worth. As the player is still reeling from the Raiden twist, Fortune shows up with her giant rail-gun, and despite her hilariously small health bar, all the player has to do here is dodge her attacks for a few minutes until Raiden gets a codec call from the Colonel. As long as you time your dashes correctly, this one's effortlessly simple, though considering how brief it is and how you needn't even fire a single round throughout the fight, it seems too insubstantial to be at all memorable. Again, a shame considering that such a cool character deserved a smarter and more inventive boss battle.
