2. The Manalorian Series 2
The Mandalorian has barely completed its first season streaming on Disney+ and yet we have already had confirmation that a second series will stream, in November of this year, which is as good as a personal happy new year message from Disney to the fans.
Aside from this news (because who isn't already looking forward to seeing yet more of baby Yoda?), the hype train will continue steaming ahead at full speed thanks to one SERIOUSLY big bit of teasing at the end of the final episode. We won't spoil the reveal in case you haven't caught up with the series yet, but it's fair to say it will give a big clue in the direction the second series will head.
As well as this, the rumours will continue to persist about the return of another franchise favourite character in the second series of the show, and we are talking here about non-other than the O.G bounty hunter from Star Wars, Boba Fett. Despite a tease post-credits in episode 5 of The Mandalorian, no further nuggets of information have been forthcoming about the possibility of Fett making an appearance in the show, or if that really was him in the first place.
