Ask yourself the question, "would I rather keep all of these rings, or trade them in for some money?" It would be an easy enough answer to decide upon. For the most part, keeping the items you pick throughout your Red Dead Online journey will have no benefits for the most part unless you sell them.
As is the case with a few of the other entries on this list, you may not receive that much money per item, but if you keep selling for long enough, you'll see your income increasing rapidly. To reiterate, keeping these items will have no bonuses whatsoever. None at all.
Valuable items can be brought to the fence, which is located in Saint Denis, and sold on in return for a few coins.
