Red Dead Redemption 2 Wishlist: 9 Features We Want To See

4. The Return Of Single-Player Expansions (Undead Nightmare 2)

Red Dead Redemption 2 Online

Until GTA Online proved how much money there was to be made with shark cards and microtransactions (13.5 million dollars a week, apparently), Rockstar was always dedicated to crafting epic single-player expansions for their games.

In fact, sometimes these expansions completely overshadowed the base experience they were based on, with The Ballad of Gay Tony in particular absolutely eclipsing the story and gameplay found in GTA IV.

And its not just the Grand Theft Auto series either, as Red Dead's Undead Nightmare expansion provided players with a supernatural spin on the core game and went down as one of the best pieces of DLC of all time. There's so much you can do with this zombie add-on alone, and if there isn't some kind of follow up to this wacky addition then the developers have completely dropped the ball.

Rockstar are excellent at using the games they make as jumping off points to create something new and exciting - and it would be a shame if Red Dead 2 lacked the quality and imaginative stories that come out of this post-release content.
