4. Edge Weapons - Master Them
When you're fighting the deadly experiments or forsaken fallen of Resident Evil's world you're going to need a lot of firepower, but, even within a video game, ammunition isn't infinite. You'll need to know how to use your environment to your favor. In other words, whatever the hell may be lying around can make a quick and easy offense.
Our Tip Master the knife. Knives are great edge weapons: why else do you think slasher villains rely on them so often? When you're fighting the weaker zombies the knife is a perfect way to deal massive damage while preserving your sacred ammunition. A hack-and-slash maneuver may suit some but in order to establish the best results you'll want to practice some more advanced moves. Incorporate knife fighting into your hand-to-hand combatant training and pick up some books on the subject. Don't be afraid to use other edge weapons in the battle against the Umbrella Corporation. You'll need to be resourceful if you wish to survive. Baseball bats, golf clubs, and other blunt objects make for great defense and are capable of splattering the brains that control most of the undead abominations. Don't be afraid to use other objects such as glass shards, chains, ropes, wire, scissors, heavy objects, etc. When you find yourself in a battle you can't escape you'll need to use everything at your feet to make it out alive.
