10. Moira Burton
Moira Burton is Barry Burton's daughter. She made her Resident Evil debut in Revelations 2.
After being separated from her father near the start of the game she's captured by a paramilitary group and taken to a mysterious prison. She's luckily found by Claire Redfield and together, the pair set out to find some answers and a means of escape.
Much like Natalia and Barry, Moira functions as the support character to Claire. After a traumatic incident as a child left her with a fear of guns, Moira is equipped only with a flashlight (and later a crowbar) to defend herself.
Instead of fighting head-on, Moira can use her flashlight to stun and to light the way in dark areas.
Her tactical gameplay put a unique spin on the horror element of the series. But it's her vibrant personality that marked Moira out as a terrific addition to the franchise.
