Resident Evil: Ranking Every Boss From Worst To Best

5. Jill Valentine

Resident Evil Bosses
Capcom

Appears In: Resident Evil 5

The original sandwich herself, Jill Valentine was introduced all the way back in March 1996 and has starred in her fair share of games throughout its lineage. It wasn't until over ten years later in Resident Evil 5 that she became a bad egg.

The former S.T.A.R.S member, now BSAA agent, was hot on the tails of Albert Wesker along with Chris Redfield, and it wasn't until they finally caught up with him (not so long after the Queen Zenobia Incident) that everything changed. Knowing that the two were no match against a full power Wesker without some sort of advantage, Jill sacrificed herself to save Chris, and take out Wesker.

From here she is thought dead until she reappears in the first confrontation with Wesker. This makes the fight all that more emotional because until this point players had not seen the pair together for over a decade.

How To Beat:

The confrontation with Jill Valentine is like no other in the Resident Evil series, because this is a boss that you can't kill. After being used to develop the very weapons she tried to stop, she's been left void of all colour - her skin has gone pale and hair turned blonde. Jill, now under the control of Wesker via a P30, will stop at nothing to defeat Chris.

Wesker only has seven minutes to deal with both Chris and Sheva, so avoiding him until that time is up, Wesker will leave Jill to finish the pair off. From there, it is a matter of stunning her and pulling off the P30 device.

DO NOT SHOOT HER.

However, a few skilled shots will deal with it. This is best handled with a second player.
