Sea Of Thieves: A Pirate's Life - 10 Reasons You Need To Play
6. Complete Some Tall Tales Without Being Interrupted By Other Players
Whether you enjoy sailing the seas solo or joining forces with a loyal crew, there are multiple ways to play Sea Of Thieves, and the latest content is no different.
However, being a shared world there's always the possibility of running into other pirates. Interacting with other players is a core component of the game, but unfortunately not every crew is as merciful to solo or new players as others. Understandably, this has caused some contention amongst the community in which some players have been vying for the inclusion of private servers.
While Rare have stated that these servers aren't something they plan on adding any time soon, A Pirate's Life brings some compromise to this debate.
Whenever crews travel through mysterious portals to venture to new horizons, the area that they'll find themselves in will be populated by only their crew. This means that players will be able to explore these luscious landscapes to their heart's content without the worry of mischievous marauders interrupting their fun.
Be warned, though, some of the new content does take place within the shared world where other crews remain a possible threat.
