10. Guardian Ape and Bride

So you thought fighting the original Guardian Ape was hard? Well how about fighting 2 of them at once? Yes that’s right Ape-stein and Smough-nkey are here and ready to throw down in this second encounter with the damn dirty ape.

Honestly I found that after the initial shock had worn off the fight was fairly easy to manage if you just focus on downing the Guardian Ape’s bride as she has lower health and his original moveset which has some cooldown after attacks which can be punished. However that’s not to say this boss is easy in the slightest, as juggling two massive bosses both using differing attacks is a true test of skill.

Try to keep your cool, never stop running and exploit any chances you see with jump attacks and you should be able to down one of the monkeys quickly before focusing on the other, and trust me the final portion of this fight seems so much easier in comparison after battling two at once.
