1. Sense Of Humour
Maxis are known for infusing their titles with a wealth of humour, and SimCity is naturally no different. The Sims continue to speak their trademark "Simlish" - gibberish that still manages to make you acutely aware of what they're feeling - and have distinct personalities to boot; there's angry protesters and an amusing abundance of criminals, ranging from arsonists to thieves, who will have you laughing as you realise that you probably should do something about it. Again, though, it's the disasters that really account for a lot of the fun; including things as absurd as alien invasions and zombie apocalypses at once keeps you on your toes and will ensure you're thoroughly amused as you play. And here's the 1 reason why it sucks...
