Spider-Man (2018) contained a nice little nod to 2004's Spider Man 2 where Peter Parker tries to stop a speeding train by casting webs at buildings. In the 2018 game, the tactic doesn't work out so well, with Peter making a quippy remark: "I'm sure that worked last time."
