7. Rand Corporation

Iron Fist might not be the most popular character at the moment, with Finn Jones' portrayal of the hero failing to do... anything, really, in Netflix's slice of the MCU, but that doesn't take away from the fact there's an interesting history waiting to be explored. Preferably without Danny Rand, but that's besides the point.

Although there aren't any references to the Iron Fist, K'un-Lun, or any of his supporting characters, the Rand Corporation does get its own building smack bang in the middle of New York's financial district.

Danny's company is right at home there, and though Heroes for Hire doesn't get a mention, one would hope that won't be the case for much longer.
