Star Wars Battlefront: 10 Crippling Issues That Must Be Fixed
5. Dedicated Vehicle Spawn Points
Battlefront's vehicles are amazingly fun, especially seeing as DICE have added a left-trigger lock-on to let you dogfight with ease, the only thing you have to worry about is not smashing into the ground and occasionally dodging enemy missiles. The problem comes with the fact you never feel as though such things are available to you freely or dependably, as they're lumped in with other random power-ups like Thermal Grenades or Squad Shields. Even if you head to the iconic X-Wing hanger as the Rebels, you'll see plenty of them waiting to be piloted, but you can't hop in - instead you'll have to venture out and locate a specific power-up to then 'warp' to one that's already in-flight. That goes for the Empire too, as although these spawn points do have some semblance of being regularly placed across Walker Assault's three stages, it'd just be a better system if we always knew exactly where to take off from. After all, what army doesn't know where its own vehicles are located?
