2. Poe Dameron

"I can fly anything."

The ace-pilot and rogue with a heart of gold, Poe Dameron is easily one of the most requested characters to appear in Battlefront 2.

And why wouldn't he be? Poe has some of the best aerial combat skills seen in the series to date, even rivalling those of Anakin Skywalker. Poe's great control of vehicles could also tie into his appearance ingame, possibly giving him some sort of speed boost or power boost when flying. He could even be an aerial exclusive hero, much like how the Millenium Falcon worked in the first Battlefront.

Even if this isn't the case, the opening to Force Awakens showed that Poe was also greatly skilled in long ranged combat too. Unlike characters like Finn and Ezra who could potentially wield two weapons at once, Poe should be a purely long range combatant to avoid him being overpowered.

It would be a great chance to show Star Wars fans a new side of the character, as we haven't seen him participate in too many ground battles. Whatever the case, Poe Dameron definitely needs to take flight in Battlefront 2.
