Super Smash Bros. - 10 Characters Fans Demand Be Included
3. Crono
While many Smash Bros. fans have been calling for Goku to be introduced to the series, a much more realistic addition is another character designed by Akira Toriyama: Crono. The main character from one of the SNES most beloved RPGs Chrono Trigger, Crono would make an excellent addition to the game's cast of sword-wielding combatants. Anyone who has played the original game will know that, despite his lack of speech, Crono is a character that gamers easily identify with. With a katana that could make up the bulk of his moveset, theres no reason that he should end up as a Link or Fire Emblem clone, instead his lightning magic should certainly be included too, and that could actually make his character play more similarly to Robin than any of the other more traditional sword-based fighters. Cronos Final Smash move could utilise his Luminaire lightning attack or see him summon the rest of his party, including Marle, Lucca, Frog, Magus, Robo and Ayla in a move similar to Mega Mans.
