Telltale Games: 10 TV Shows They Should Adapt
3. Lost
Background: ABC's genre-bending hit ran from 2004 to 2010 and featured a massive cast of familiar main and supporting characters.
Why It Should: It's only been eleven years since Lost first premiered, but it forever changed the face of modern television. With its impressive cast of characters, willingness to mix genres, twisty-turny storytelling and ongoing sense of mystery, there's more than enough reasons for us fans to still love it even five years on from its series finale.
A game set in the Lost universe could take place anywhere in time, following the journey of characters who arrived on the island long before the survivors of Oceanic 815 while shining a light on old mysteries or adding new perspective to iconic inhabitants of the island. Or it could easily pick up where the series left off, catching up with Walt, Hurley and Ben as they turn the page on the next chapter of the island itself (and, perhaps, finally silencing some of those people who still somehow think "everyone was dead the whole time").
Alternate ABC Series Choice: Once Upon a Time would probably be treading too close to The Wolf Among Us, but with Telltale now in bed with Marvel for a game in 2017, an Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. or Agent Carter companion game would be welcome.
