It's a Ubisoft game, so of course The Division has launched with a ton of glitches. The most common ones experienced in our time with the game include randomly falling through the floor, a character's face turning creepily invisible (as was an infamous glitch in Assassin's Creed Unity), and erratic UI markers which can randomly disappear when you approach them or may fail to activate the next part of a mission. Yes, QA testing a game like this is a huge undertaking, but considering how extensively the game was beta-tested publicly, it's pretty shocking that players have encountered so many sloppy technical issues across all platforms. At least these can theoretically get patched out of the game with a fair level of ease (again, theoretically).
