One majorly immersion-breaking aspect of The Division is the abundance of loading screens during play: this is particularly troublesome during matchmaking, as joining a party will typically throw you into a loading screen for anywhere from 40-60 seconds, depending on the quality of all your Internet connections. Couldn't the game let us at least walk around while we're waiting to be connected? Instead, staring at this dull black screen for up to a minute pulls us out of the experience, and considering how often you'll be seeing this screen due to the inability to pre-screen your party members, it can end up draining substantial portions of your play time. Best to have a phone or iPad at the ready so you've got something to make these intermissions more tolerable.
