The Elder Scrolls: 10 Best Morrowind Quests

9. East Empire Company Questline

Elder Scrolls Morrowind
Bethesda

According to the Argonian servant Okan-Shei, the East Empire Company is "... a monopolistic merchantile enterprise charted by the Emperor and managed by a board of directors appointed by the Emperor".

They control the import and export of all manner of wild and exotic goods, and can be joined by the player in Morrowind.

The EEC questline is admittedly quite long, but is well worth the time spent once the rewards for the players' endeavour have been reaped (is that even a word?).

Upon joining the company, the player's first task is to escort newly arrived workers to the construction site at Raven Rock.

From here, various missions and tasks are allocated to the player - from forcibly evicting a crazy Nord activist to searching for a missing shipment - all with the ultimate goal of turning Raven Rock into a functioning, thriving colony.

Once all tasks have been completed and certain polarising choices have been made along the way, you can claim your reward: a new estate, built - quite literally - from the ground up, just for you.

Acquiring houses in the Elder Scroll series can sometimes be an expensive and convoluted undertaking, so obtaining an estate as a quest reward is certainly welcome.
