The Elder Scrolls VI: 10 Crucial Things Fans Need To See
7. Homestead Builds Should Be A Standard Feature

Skyrim's Hearthfire DLC gave players the option to own and customise their own homestead amidst the wintery wastes and mountain peaks. These homes could be decorated from scratch and even decked out with all manner of trophies and treasures.
With Bethesda's latest title - Fallout 4 - building on this mechanic in the form of settlement management across Boston, there's speculation that this will lead to a core homestead system in the next Elder Scrolls. It would make sense, after all; does anyone still want to be a nomad hero anymore?
While it's not likely the addition would be as large and, let's say, demanding as that of Fallout 4's settlement maintenance, the addition of customisable homes would be a reasonable addition to The Elder Scrolls VI. No more fast-travelling around the map to find where you left that new piece of armour you had to temporarily sacrifice!
