The Game Awards 2018: 7 Ups & 6 Downs
2. That AWFUL Devil Trigger Performance
There were definitely too many live musical performances during the show, but most of them were at least passably entertaining. Casey Edwards and Ali Edwards' performance of "Devil Trigger" from Devil May Cry 5, though? Not so much.
The popular tune from Capcom's upcoming sequel sadly didn't translate into a particularly compelling live show due to some atrocious sound mixing which made the instruments and vocals echo horribly.
Poor Casey Edwards tried her hardest to power through it, but overall the rendition was an embarrassing mess and exactly what most fans don't want to see at gaming industry events. Oof.
