3. Lunastra
Many will remember Lunastra for her synchronised attack with Teostra. It makes for a unique challenge when compared to the rest of the monsters.
However she's no carbon copy of Teostra. Her fire creates lingering flames that deal lots of burning damage over time if hunters are standing in it. She's also a lot more savage than Teostra and capable of some rather unorthodox ways of slashing and swiping her claws.
Given the rather unfair and ill-informed reputation in previous Monster Hunter games as just a carbon copy of Teostra, it was refreshing for veterans to see Lunastra have more of a definitive change.
