5. The Rock Vs Mankind Raw 99
Mankind had come so close to winning the WWF Championship on many occasions; none more so than at Survivor Series 98, when McMahon screwed Foley out of the belt and joined The Rock. Everyone also remembers the famous words on WCW thatll put buts in seats which set the tone for the evening as hundreds of thousands switched channels to watch Raw. The crowd and DX supported Mankind as he attempted to win the WWF Championship against Rock. Both had numerous chances at winning the match but eventually the outcome was influenced by a former champion. Stone Cold ran down the ramp and struck the champ with a chair, allowing Mankind to make the cover and win the belt. The crowd went wild as Foley was declared the champion and DX carried him around the ring.
