Edge is another Canadian superstar who'd make a fantastic DLC. Unlike Bret, Edge is far more relevant to current WWE audiences. He only retired a few years ago and most fans still remember his classic matches and feuds. To be honest, a Cena vs Edge feud on 2K Showcase mode would probably have made far more sense that the ill advised Punk vs Cena feud. Maybe we'll get the Edge vs Cena rivalry as part of a DLC. As of right now, though, Edge has absolutely no idea if there's plans that he'll eventually be in the game. Beats me is what he told a fan who asked if he'd be reprising his role from WWE 2K14. If he doesn't make the final game copy, hopefully things will have been worked out for a future DLC role. Edge is an important part of WWE's recent history and a wrestler who fans expect to see included. Adding him as part of a future 'rivalries' DLC definitely sounds like a good idea.
