WWE 2K17: 10 DLC Characters We Most Want

Austin Aries and Tye Dillinger were included as part of this week’s DLC announcement, which means almost all of NXT’s most recognisable competitors are now present and correct in 2K17. Hell, even Blake and Murphy are included in the game, and it’s been over a year since they accomplished anything of note down at Full Sail University.

There are still a notable missions on the singles side, though. No Way Jose and Andrade Almas have become regulars on NXT television, with Jose proving extremely popular with the Full Sail faithful. Both might make their way into the game eventually, but if 2K are looking to add new NXT characters to the game, they should start with one man: Bobby Roode.

Roode is already one of NXT’s biggest deals, and the former TNA Champion is making huge waves as one of WWE developmental’s most important heels. On his current trajectory, and NXT Title showdown with Shinsuke Nakamura looks to be in his future, and while he’s not always the most exciting wrestler in the world, Roode is a viral sensation, and a man set for big things in WWE.

Besides, who wouldn’t want to have THAT entrance music featured in the game?
