WWE 2K17: 10 Entrances They Must Get Right

6. Ultimate Warrior

There’s nothing quite like the sight of a muscle-bound borderline psychopath charging down the ramp to get you pumped-up for a match.

The Ultimate Warrior was an absolute maniac. From his trademark rambling promos to the nonsensical political psycho-babble he spewed throughout his retirement, Warrior will go down as one of the most eccentric wrestlers in history, and he had a ring entrance that perfectly encapsulated that.

Starting off with his pulsating 80’s metal entrance theme, Warrior would burst out from the backstage area like a bolt of lightning and literally sprint to the ring. Wasting no time whatsoever, Warrior hopped onto the apron, pumped the crowd up, and stood shaking the ropes like a man possessed. It’s one of the most iconic entrances in WWE history, and a perfect embodiment of the high-octane, off-kilter energy that made Warrior a must-see attraction through the 80’s and 90’s.

As one of the most prominent figures in WWE history, Warrior has been featured in most recent WWE games, and is set to appear again this year. 2K have always done a great job of absolutely nailing Warrior’s ring entrance, and there’s little to suggest they won’t succeed again this year.
