Well, it would have been if those big WCW Superstars didn't have guaranteed contracts for a couple of years after Ted Turner's organisation closed its doors for the final time. The angle still produced what was then the biggest ever pay per view in terms of sales. Imagine how good it would be if we could fill in the blanks and have the likes of Goldberg and the NWO take to the ring? Nevertheless, the rivalry between WWE and The Alliance still produced enough good moments to create a Showcase Mode for us to sink our teeth into. Whether 2K allow us to put our own fantasy spin on the rivalry, or simply have us replay what happened in the real life version, it'll be a hit!
