WWE 2K17: 10 Superstars Who Could Return To The Franchise

8. The Godfather

We know that there are going to be no less than four DLC Packs for WWE 2K17, but at the time of writing we have no idea what they'll be about. One sure fire thing, in my mind at least, is that one of the DLCs will be dedicated to the Hall of Fame class of 2016. Why? Just because WWE 2K16 went down a similar path with the 2015 class.

We know that Alundra Blayze has been scanned again for the new game which tells us that Hall of Famers do have a place in 2K17; while the likes of Sting, Big Boss Man and Kevin Nash's inclusion in last year's title should mean they appear on our consoles once again. Since there won't be too much demand for the likes of Stan Hansen and Jacqueline, getting the popular Godfather in there might just be a must if WWE and 2K want to get their Hall of Fame fix.

The Godfather's last appearance in a WWE game came about with his inclusion in WWE '13's Attitude Era mode. Even though a featured showcase mode looking back at that period of wrestling is a very long shot indeed, almost improbable you might say, The Conductor Of The Ho Train's ties with the Hall of Fame should see him make the cut.
