Another superstar that will soon be given the Mattel treatment is longtime wrestling punchline, Virgil. Recently unveiled at the 2017 San Diego Comic Con, Virgil's upcoming action figure depicts him in his silver and pink bodyguard attire, a look that would be a great inclusion for WWE 2K18, even if only as a manager. Coincidentally, Virgil's longtime mentor, Ted DiBiase, received the 'manager only' treatment for WWE 2K17, but Virgil hasn't graced video game screens in any official form since WWE 2K14.

Say what you will about Virgil's escapades throughout his post in-ring career, but the real-life Mike Jones was an iconic member of the WWF roster during the 'Golden Era'. As the Million Dollar Man's bodyguard, Virgil was seen ringside as Ted DiBiase took on some of the biggest names in the history of professional wrestling. Virgil eventually transitioned into a full-time singles competitor whose career highlight came when he defeated DiBiase for the Million Dollar Championship at SummerSlam '91.

Although, Jones would later join WCW as the official bodyguard of the nWo known as 'Vincent', his days as Virgil were his most successful and should be captured in WWE 2K18.
