6. X-Pac/The 1-2-3 Kid

Last Appearance: Sean Waltman's X-Pac character was on board for 2K16 in 2015. That remains his last video game showing. For The 1-2-3 Kid gimmick, you'd have to go back to 1994's WWF Raw on the Mega Drive/Genesis.

Why He's Likely: 2K need some fresh Legends to brighten up that part of the roster, and there are few better candidates than Waltman. Maybe his occasional personal problems and run-ins with the law (he was arrested in 2017 for possession and an outstanding DUI before the charges were dropped) will count against him.

Despite prior misdemeanours, Waltman is in a good place right now. 2K should jump on the opportunity to bring The 1-2-3 Kid guise to a modern video game line up, and the chance to use his X-Pac character is similarly too good to turn down.

Just keep X-Factor away from things and everything will be fine...
