5. William Regal

Last Appearance: William Regal is another who was on the march in WWE 2K16, but that's the last time he's been on the roster. Excluding him from 2K17 and 2K18 was a baffling decision; Regal is an important member of the training staff at WWE's Performance Center, and he belongs in every game from here until eternity.

He's now considered a WWE lifer.

Why He's Likely: Surely 2K will see sense and put Willie back on there in 2K19. The possibilities for how he could be used in the game are endless, and he's a British wrestling legend amidst a time when that's important to WWE. The launch of NXT UK and his work at the PC shouldn't go unnoticed.

There will be bonus points for 2K (and possibly an extra Christmas card) if they let fans set up scenarios like Chris Jericho whizzing in his tea. Why not? Those comedic years as the bumbling Commissioner were some of Regal's best, and they'd be a nice fit for Universe.
