WWE 2K21: 10 Predictions For What We Could Have Got

3. Bad Commentary... Again

Since the earliest days of the series, the commentary has been the one thing that has retained it's quality every year. And by that I mean it's been terrible.

Whether it's Michael Cole, Corey Graves & Byron Saxton or if its the team of Jim Ross and Jerry Lawler in days gone by, commentary has always been bad however much THQ or 2K have hawked how much they've improved it. At the end of the day, it's all just a collection of soundbytes without any kind of flow or narrative. And sadly, it's something unlikely to have changed in 2K21.

It's a huge shame because the majority of sports games have some very good commentary tracks that fit the dynamic action of what you'd see, including in 2K's own NBA series. So why is it so difficult to get commentary in pro-wrestling games right?

A safe bet would be that we won't see any improvement in 2K22 either, so 2K21 didn't have a prayer. But at this point, why would we expect any different?
