Xbox 360 Gets DLC for SKYRIM First

It is not known what the downloadable content will be, it could be something as simple as a couple armor upgrades or it could be more exotic locations to explore.

It was announced today that Xbox 360 owners will be getting Elder Scrolls Skyrim downloadable content first. Bethesda had the same deal with Fallout New Vegas where the Xbox 360 got the content before PS3 owners. After Elder Scrolls Skyrim is released two separate add on packs will come out as 30 day exclusives for Xbox 360 owners. It is not known what the downloadable content will be, it could be something as simple as a couple armor upgrades or it could be more exotic locations to explore. Also it is unknown when the DLC will be released, so it could actually come months after the release of Skyrim with most people having already moved on to a new game by then. Is this announcement something that will get you to purchase the game on the Xbox 360 over the PS3/PC or does this have no barring on your decision? Release Date: November, 11, 2011
