Zelda 35th Anniversary: 9 Things Fans NEED To See

5. A Zelda All-Stars Collection

Though the premature announcement of a Skyward Sword remake for the Switch might make the idea of a Mario 3D All-Stars-esque Zelda collection seem unlikely, fans have been craving a Zelda All-Stars on the Switch for quite a while.

Classics such as Ocarina Of Time and Majora's Mask are a must-include, of course, and have already been updated thanks to their 3DS remakes.

The announcement of a Skyward Sword remake makes it clear, however, that all of Zelda's pre-Breath Of The Wild 3D titles won't be bundled together in an All-Stars collection, giving the hypothetical bundle plenty of space to include some hidden gems from Zelda's past.

Under-appreciated and under-played titles such as GameCube's Four Swords Adventures deserve a new lease of life, while the hybrid Switch console would be the perfect home for updated and improved versions of Phantom Hourglass and Spirit Tracks, with needless repetition removed.

Failing any innovation, Nintendo could re-release Zelda's already pretty much perfect All-Stars collection, the GameCube's 2003 The Legend Of Zelda Collectors Edition, which featured the original game in the franchise, The Adventure Of Link, Ocarina Of Time and Majora's Mask.

Swapping out the latter two titles for their remakes would prove a neat little package - so long as Nintendo doesn't make Zelda's collection, like Mario's, a limited-release.
